We start with a conversation. You will meet our team, share your vision, and we will talk openly about goals and budget. The best projects start with the right partnership. From there, we shape preliminary concepts and outline the path forward with a design contract.
Design
During your design phase, you work closely with our architectural and interior design team. We listen first, then shape a plan that reflects your style, needs, and budget. Every detail is coordinated, from site and floor plans to exterior and interior selections. By the end, you will have construction drawings, a complete budget, and a construction calendar that shows how it all comes together.
Contract
This is the step where clarity turns into commitment. We bring together the final drawings, selections, and budget for your approval. Our team then manages the contract, lender requirements, and permits while giving you a clear construction schedule and payment schedule. The details are handled, and the project is ready to build with confidence.
Construction
This is where our plans take shape. Our preparations keep the project on track while our field team builds with care and precision. You will still hear from us often, and we will ask for your input at critical times. After the work is complete, we walk the home with you, make sure everything is in order, and proudly turn over the keys.
Post-Construction
Turning over the keys is not the finish line. Our warranty team checks in during the first year, and we are ready to respond if anything needs attention. More than that, we see ourselves as your long-term partner, standing behind our work and your home.
