We collaborate closely with investors to build desirable properties and neighborhoods for sale or rent. We have experience designing and building single family neighborhoods and pocket neighborhoods, duplexes, triplexes, student housing and attached townhomes.  We have partnerships with commercial developers that can enhance residential development with walkable shopping and restaurants.

Wilson Co works closely with engineers to design development projects and has extensive experience in permitting, zoning, storm water, land planning and marketing residential development.  Our team runs our development projects with efficiency and quality communication with stake-holders. We have experience developing HOA covenants and managing the back-end of development projects. We have relationships with the City of Columbia, City of Forest Acres, City of Arcadia Lakes, Richland County, Lexington County and Saluda County that enable us to cut through zoning red tape and get projects off the ground quickly.  We are experienced and knowledgable in working with the Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA), Design/Development Review Commission (D/DRC), and others in these municipalities to manage zoning, tree cover, buffers, storm water, parking and other important matters.
