We fell in love with a 100-year-old Columbia home in disrepair that Wilson Company was set to restore and, after learning licensed contractor Evan Wilson’s plans for the house, enthusiastically signed on to purchase the completed home. Through every step of the renovation, Evan and his team demonstrated the knowledge and craftsmanship required to maintain the historical integrity of the house, expertise in current building practices, as well as a willingness to entertain our requests. In just over six months, Wilson Company repaired structural issues; replaced all plumbing, HVAC, and electric; and installed a new kitchen and baths with finishes of our choosing. The results were fantastic… a custom historic house with thoughtfully-preserved period features and all the updates a modern family desires. We couldn’t be happier!
